All About Us

Kendra Cendana

I am a nationally certified personal trainer with a BS degree in Exercise Science and an emphasis on sport nutrition. I began my fitness career working for 24 Hour Nautilus 21 years ago and quickly knew it would be my lifetime passion. As a youth soccer and tennis player, my life has always embraced sport. While obtaining my degree, I interned for the American Heart Association and Fitworks, the in-house fitness facility for Pacific Bell.  I went on to build a fitness center for Hewlett-Packard from the ground up as well as operating a facility for Borland in Scotts Valley. My passion for education continued as I began presenting fitness workshops and certifications to fellow instructors and on military bases across the United States. I am also certified in group fitness and continue to teach yoga, pilates, spinning, sports conditioning, kickboxing, aqua fitness, step and body sculpting classes. Having two daughters, I enjoy training young athletes in agility, strength, balance and endurance.

I have recently joined the National Coaching staff of the USA Trampoline and Tumbling team as a strength and conditioning coach. I am honored to be working with elite youth to young adults vying for an Olympic team spot. I also strength train the collegiate golf team at William Jessup University in Rockin.

As an athlete myself, I strive to be an example to my clients and family. I have completed numerous half and full marathons as well as several sprint triathlons (I even won one!) My husband and I founded iGottaTri, a triathlon program for tri-newbies in 2010 and feel blessed to see our athletes cross the finish line!

As a woman, a wife, a mother and a sufferer of rheumatoid arthritis, I am dedicated to helping others find balance and strength through fitness. I find no greater reward than helping others reach their goals.

Lee Cendana

As a former collegiate track and field athlete and now a certified group fitness instructor, USA Track and Field Coach and USA Triathlon Coach. I enjoy working with young athletes to assist them in gaining strength and speed. Over the past few years, I have worked with gymnasts and soccer and baseball players both one-on-one and as a team.  I have a desire to instill in others of all ages the love of sport. I have run three marathons and several half marathons. I enjoy working with individuals to create running programs to get them to their goals. Lee is currently a track and field coach at Del Oro High School in Loomis and co-founder of iGottaTri, a triathlon training program for tri-newbies.
